Litigation and Mediation

Although we try to focus on solutions that help our clients avoid litigation, we advocate fervently for our clients when litigation becomes necessary, drawing on the clerkship experiences of our Members in the process.  We have significant experience mediating complex cases to successful conclusions.  We also defend our clients at arbitrations, including labor arbitrations at AAA and other employment arbitrations in a variety of venues.  Our attorneys have also defended employers before a variety of federal, state, and local administrative agencies and in federal and state court.  In each case, we work closely with our clients to determine their desired outcome and offer alternatives on the best way to achieve it.
