Florentino & Grimshaw LLC also advises clients who have a unionized workforce.  As such, we have extensive experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements for clients in a variety of industries.  Our goal is to maintain positive relationships with the unions representing our clients for continued workplace harmony while achieving contract expectations to meet business needs.  Our attorneys have also advised our clients on issues unique to managing in a unionized workplace, such as concerns related to progressive discipline and just cause terminations. We also provide counsel to employers who are in the midst of a union organizing campaign or who require assistance navigating the grievance and arbitration process.
