Jack advises clients on employment issues that arise in their businesses. In this regard, he counsels clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, reductions-in-force, wage and hour issues, worker classification, union issues, and internal investigations.

Jack has guided employers in the transactional and business contexts, advising on employment-related aspects of U.S. and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and investments. Jack frequently prepares and negotiates drafting of executive employment and separation agreements. He stays abreast of recent developments in federal, state, and local law to prepare employee handbooks and counsel clients on all employment-related compliance matters.

Prior to joining Florentino & Grimshaw LLC, Jack was an associate at a leading global law firm. During law school, Jack was awarded the NYU 2021 Annual Student Scholarship in Labor and Employment Law, serving as a panelist on a discussion of class arbitration with leading practitioners. He also served as an intern in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York during the summer of 2019.
